Barrington was a wonder to work with. He was able to get us into multiple showings on our schedule and was able to help us put a very competitive offer on multiple properties. It didn't matter if we were going to see a property at 10 AM or 7 PM he was always available for us. If we had any questions, he was able to answer them, or get an answer for them and was able to put it into words that a first time purchaser would understand. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.After initial contact, communication became very inconsistent. There were extended periods where I received little to no response, including what felt like nearly two months without meaningful follow-up. During a time when I urgently needed housing assistance, being left without updates or communication created unnecessary stress and frustration.What disappointed me most was not being told directly if assistance was no longer available or if my situation could not be accommodated. A simple phone call, text message, or email would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt ignored and left wondering what was happening.I understand that real estate professionals are busy, but communication and professionalism are essential, especially when families are relying on guidance during major life transitions.This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have had different experiences, but unfortunately mine was not a positive one.
